Embassy Towers

Our objective with this project was to create a timeless, elegant and inviting living space, fitted with luxurious furniture and unique accessories from around the world, without compromising on practicality and by utilising state-of-the-art technology for comfortable living.

Embassy Towers

The modern architecture paved the way for the use of different textures as well as a kaleidoscope of blue hues, giving the distinct impression of the calming and tranquil nature of water. The penthouse exhibits how versatile and timeless the concept of modern design can be when executed correctly.

This penthouse is located in the heart of Sandton with spectacular cityscape views.

The open plan living area is designed in a vibrant colour scheme with eclectic furniture pieces and artwork collected around the globe. The outdoor living spaces were created to enjoy the beautiful sunsets overlooking Sandton.

A luxury villa redefined into an afro chic boutique guest house overlooking the Atlantic seaboard with spectacular views of the Twelve Apostles, Lions Head and Camps Bay Beach. The interiors reflect the diversity of MÊHA, carefully playing with locally manufactured items as well as a selection of international African crafts.

The Emperor is an upmarket development in the center of Sandton, Johannesburg’s banking and shopping mecca and has set a standard in ultra-modern, luxurious and secure living by becoming a true landmark since its completion in a rapidly rising skyline.

Joint venture with EPA

Built on an island 15 minutes away by boat to the south-west of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, this house is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city while being strategically positioned to be an enclave of peace and luxury on your own private paradise island. 

The project is inspired by the idea of a relaxed beach house - or rather lagoon house - while providing luxurious but uncomplicated open spaces. The uninterrupted spans of open plan living are created by cutting edge engineering much the same as used in bridge design today. The house offers a spectacular view of the lagoon, with generous openings built to blur the boundaries between the inside and outside, spilling out directly onto the water for a unique design.

This modern house has a futuristic feel that draws from traditional Western African architecture, form and colour. The architecture of the building is designed to take in as much natural light as possible, allowing its residents to enjoy the view of the lush garden, the immense pool and the iconic lagoon from almost anywhere in the house.

Located in the outskirts of the city centre district in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods, this multi-level minimalistic residence combines practical functionality with contemporary architecture, from its seamlessly curved, glass floating staircase to the exterior suspended cube-like structure, creating an extraordinary family home.

With a constant quest for innovative solutions, our ambition for this project was to introduce a new approach to dwelling, one in line with an urban and contemporary lifestyle, all the while allowing people to enjoy, once more, life in a residential neighborhood context.

In order to do this, we set forth a modern architecture, one based on creative design, functionality and those essential notions that are density, mixed and sustainable development.
